Elite Wealth Management strives to consistently supply the highest quality of service to our clients. We provide unbiased investment and insurance solutions custom-tailored to individual needs and objectives. A Client Relations & Consulting Manager is required to oversee and handle all aspects of client relationships and client financial consulting strategies. Responsible for ensuring complete client satisfaction and experience in product and service.
Responsibilities & Duties:
o Initial consultations and meetings with clients to discuss client needs, solutions, and plans
o Provide advice and consultation on client financial strategies, objectives, and plans
o Direct clients to the appropriate advisors for best possible service and financial product strategies, solutions, and plans
o Create and build strong relationships with clients
o Develop efficient and good working relations with staff, co-workers, management, and suppliers
o Liaison with clients and advisors to ensure client satisfaction
o Handle and take care of all client requests or concerns
o Design and implement efficient company organizational structure, strategies, and systems to obtain complete client satisfaction and experience
o Act as the company representative for all client relations and promotional initiatives
Qualifications:
o University Degree or College Diploma in business management, finance, or related field
o 5 years of experience in finance or related industry
o Good knowledge and understanding of financial service products and solutions
o Experienced in customer relations and relationship building
o Ability to design and present financial strategies and plans to clients
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are an asset
o Good analytical and problem solving capabilities
o Organized and detailed abilities
o Fluency in multiple languages is a definite asset
